Premiere Sedan & Limousine is certified and licensed by the Missouri Division of Transportation and the US Department of Transportation.Is there a limit on time? If so, what is the limit?
Premiere Sedan & Limousine does require a minimum of 3 hours rental time, excluding airport transfers.Does your time start when the vehicle leaves the garage, or, at the first pick-up destination?
Time starts when our vehicle arrives at the pick-up destination, as long as it is within our metro zone.What is the companies policy on partial hours?
Any overtime in excess of 15 minutes is considered half an hour. Overtime in excess of 30 minutes is considered one full hour.Is there a mileage charge?
A drive time charge will apply to pick-ups and drop-offs outside our metro-zone.What is the companies canellation policy?
Cancellations 14 days prior to the date of service will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations 7 business days or less prior to the date of service will result in the cost of the job reserved..Is the chauffeurs gratuity included in, or omitted from. the quoted hourly rate?
Chauffeurs gratuity, 20%, is added to the quoted rate.Are the chauffeurs uniformed, courteous, professional and certified under the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations?
Our chauffeurs are professional, properly attired and very well groomed. All chauffeurs comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations.Will the company allow you to view the vehicle you wish to rent, and will they gaurantee you the limousine you choose?
